Whether you are looking to entertain the kids over the summer holidays, learn a new green skill, or simply pause and appreciate the local environment, there is something on the calendar for everyone.
Dive into the local ecosystem with River Dipping for Adults (6th July), join an evening Bat Walk (16th July), or help local conservation efforts during the Newtown Butterfly Count (19th July).
Nature Guardians Bug Hunts (21st July), Wild Bird Feeder Making at the John Moore Museum (22nd July), and interactive Maypole Dancing & Workshops with the Severn Rivers Trust (29th July).
Drop into the Town Hall Garden for a Wildlife Gardening demonstration (17th July) or head to the Abbey Grounds for a Local Seed Swap (30th July) to give your own garden a biodiversity boost.
Free to attend, spaces are limited for guided walks, workshops, and children's activities to ensure the best experience. Be sure to check the full calendar and secure your free tickets in advance!
